Crafty Collaborations Paper Pumpkin Blog Hop

Finally Friday! And I am in another Blog Hop with my friends over in Crafty Collaborations!  We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators world wide that come together to share inspiration with you all! Hope you grab this month Paper Pumpkin and join in.

I love this month's PP. It was so easy to get busy with it.
A card base of Very Vanilla was my first start.
I tore open the envelope (gasp!) and cut a section that was 5 1/4" x 1 1/2" for the top piece. I layered the largest die from Sweet Hearts Die over the above piece and cut just a portion out. Repeat for both sides and glue flush to top of landscaped card.
Using the same die, I cut out one heart from the envelope paper and 2 from Real Red Cardstock.
Glue the 2 red hearts in cutout from either side, leaving just a bit of space. Embellish with the shimmering sequences that are included in the kit.

Cut Real Red Cardstock at 1 1/4'x 2 1/8". Glue flush to top in the center of the card
The bow is from Simply Elegant trim. the ends of bow were brought down and taped out of sight where the "XOX" heart will hide it.
Pop up the last heart and add to bottom of red banner.

My inside was 2 simple stamps from the kit. There are several choices to choose from, depending on who you are giving it to.
I cut a strip of the envelope and matted it in Real Red cardstock to make it more interesting.

I loved working with this kit and will continue to create more with it.  But for now...let's hop on over and see the next inspiration!

I am Dreamin' of getting my Valentine's done...You keep Dreamin' too!
