Masculine Blog Hop

Welcome back Dreamers! And a special welcome to new friends visiting for the first time!  I hope you enjoy today's blog hop. It is one of 3 different groups that I hop with. I love the hops for several reasons.

  •  They get me motivated to blog. It is so easy to ignore this page!
  • I don't have to think of what to write about. Someone else chooses the theme and all I have to do is create.
  • I meet the most amazing stampers! Wow! Some of their projects.
  • I have 4 times as many people read my blog, because it is mine and your friends! That ties in with the first reason, it is no fun to just blog to yourself!
So again, thanks for being here. Be sure and leave me a message. I love those.  Today I am blogging with Stamping with Friends and we are doing Masculine cards. THEY CAN BE SOOO HARD TO DO!

Mainly hard because most stamps and paper are geared to us....women. We do cards for our kids, friends, moms, grandmas. And then there is the hubby, the boyfriend, dad, grandpa...guess they could like flowers? A bunny is great for littles. Or else manufacturers think the all camp, hunt, mow the yard, baseball.  REALLY?  I love the new guy sets Stampin' Up! has in the new 2022-2023 Catalog. And today my card will be using the He's All That Suite. It has it all, or most at least! BBQ, Camping, Business, Classic Cars & nice neutral backgrounds. And a sheet of Die Cuts to match. I saw one lady make 13 cards with just the die cut sheet!
Let me tell you about my simple card.
I used some yummy New In-Colors, Orchid Oasis & Sweet Sorbet. Amazing together! Stamp was masked to give me the double colors. And I used the Die cut set to make the sentiment label and the argyle pieces. I had to use a shim to make the argyle cut all the way through, just a couple pieces of cardstock on top.

Don't forget to hop to the next blog!

I'm Dreamin' of figuring out Google Docs...You keep Dreamin' too!
